WAS a great game. But recently it's been acting up in that you're unable to access the free hints and energy. And even when you log on it gives you the options to receive an additional amount of energy or hints. But not anymore...wish they would fix issue. I had 13 cases solved then this issue occurred, so I made the mistake of uninstalling thinking it would fix it. NOPE, now I have to start all over and the issue is still there... 02/2025 Update...game has still not been fixed. See the dates!?

I love these games and their story lines. The games are just right, not to hard, not to easy. My only minor issue is the time. When you wait awhile to play so you have more time, it goes very fast. Also, I don't mind commercials on a free game but, they never work. So you can't get a percent off the time, extra energy, or hints. Otherwise, this is a great game and I really enjoy it.
