Overall Alfa is a Grocery shop rather than being a Telecom company. The switching system is incompatible with the billing and both r out of date most likely. Poor maintenance services and bad signal , not to mention incompatibility issues caused by the BTSs. Of course that's the result of 0 competition in the Telecom sector. Good Luck!
