The app won't open.. i have so much very important info in this!!!! Ugh

I have had this app a long time now. It was very good. But now i can't open the app it's so annoying that the developer is not doing anything about it. I have contacted them but no luck. I need information that is stored on there. The developer Rishi has no website either. The developer asked for android version which i gave but nothing after this. This is not good.
