Ordered by COD they charge extra cost,and send all defective items which are not sold in stores,and return policy is very horrible, Ordered by prepaid payment not received product yet lost money. Sold membership card@Rs.999/ saying that everytime you shop got discount of 10% whether it's online or in store,after shopping in store when asked for dis.they said applicable online only.

Pathetic service and online store does not match upto the offline store standards, do not buy anything online in this app.

I only mailed them about the same along with product pictures that I received. Still the pickup is failing everytime as the product picture is not what I received. It's been around 25 days, everytime when I call on their customer care, they will just make me to wait for 1 to 3 days. NEVER BUY PRODUCT FROM LIFESTYLE ONLINE

This not only felt unprofessional but also undermined the trust I had in your service. As a loyal customer who appreciates brand integrity, receiving a product in such a manner is disheartening.
