I thought I could leave it to the team and choose whats good so I received it as well finding out that the chicken is not how it was advertised not just physically but also the price. Both veg and chicken are old knowing I entrusted everything to them. What a disappointment!!!!! I would just use TALABAT AGAIN TO ORDER THIS SUCKS BIG TIME. ASK ME FOR PROOF?! The guy was super helpful and fixed my login problem within 30min on my way to work. He was awesome and very calm helping me. I cant thank you enough. This helpdesk must wake up and help clients. |

Thought that they were just busy but my 2nd order it was also late and some items were cancelled because it was not available the third time we order it waited and msg them but they didnt reply and only to find out it was the same number that they were using to contact me before and my order didnt came. Just dont use this app!! |

West Zone really needs to fix this issue, as it's incredibly frustrating to deal with unexpected costs after delivery. I would not recommend using their app unless they resolve this discrepancy. We use delivery services because we don’t have the time to shop in person, expecting it to be a hassle-free. Unfortunately, instead of making things easier, it brought more trouble 🥲 |

The item I ordered is for dinner, not for breakfast. |

You should improve at least the delivery service as quick as you can. Not always customer will follow up the order. Too many bad reviews but still not working out for that to give action. Customers giving chance but still youre doing the same, nothing change. 00 rate for this just telling the truth. And you cannot post if you will not give rate. |
