I have been using this app for years. Over the last year, it has become increasingly unreliable. I will set a recurring task 10 minutes before he task is due. App is notifying me 15 minutes after I set it. Why?

It doesn't notify at the time you set. I took 2 screenshots, one of double checking the setting after 5 hours late notification, and one Bixby snagged for me of the late timestamped notification on my drop down menu. If you can't make minimal trial/free functions work, why should anyone pay for it? I was willing to try, though the interface is old-school and laborious, only bc the contact feature is handy. No notification is the deal breaker.
