2024-01-23	John A (CodeJBDA)	Had to update my review and drop from 4 to 2 stars. My main issue is that report is not generating in snag number order. It's completely random, 12, 34,23,67,88 etc. This makes it very difficult to work with people. I have already sent 2 emails with no reply.
2023-12-11	pouria nehrir	It's an interesting app. The issue I am facing is that I can only upload the photos with the camera, but if I select an old photo from my gallery, it is not showing.
2023-03-11	Paul Edmonds	Excellent. I bought this to snag a new build house I've bought. The app is easy to setup and has made snagging and communication with the builder really easy. Paid £4.89 and its worth every penny.
2023-02-13	Ray Doris	It will not let me delete any of my projects. Every time I click delete it kicks me out of the app. It also only allows me one picture per punch items.

2022-07-03	Justin G	No means of moving snags to other locations. When removing a snag, the snag item numbers are not updated. No means of report location grouping nor snag sorting within report. No means of showing project photo on report cover page. No means of backup. Considering how long this app has been around, I would have expected these basic features to exist.

2021-11-05	Peter Barnett	Excellent tool for the job. We tried a few and settled on this due to its simplicity. It didn't need to be part of a larger system. Took a couple of mistakes to figure out the location vs snag hierarchy, so some documentation would help. Multiple photos per snag would be useful. Can you look at better filtering for the reports? It would be useful to exclude items marked as complete before a certain date. Combining reports carried out by more people would be good. Thanks for the app.
