Court ordered usage and for the most part it is great. But for whatever reason, I cannot get the sound during a video call to come out of the speakerphone. It always comes out as if I'm in a normal phone call and we cannot hear the audio. I have tried changing so many settings to no avail. Samsung galaxy S24 ultra

Was working good up until 2 weeks ago. Video calls echo back on my end. Which makes it difficult when a 3yr old hears himself and starts screaming just to hear the noise. Support was no help, just ended up saying it must be the speakerphone. Problem is it happens on both my cell and an ipad. So really nothing has been resolved. App is free, thats the only good thing.
