It's annoying because one it's making you change your passwords more than one and if you forget it they give you three times and then lock you out which is very frustrating!!!!!

It's great when I can use it. Seems like almost 25% of the time I'm trying to log in there's some kind of error and I can't. Very inconvenient when I have bills to pay and can't deposit my check or see how much money I have because I can't log in and am a half hour from the closest lsb. And I'm sure if an overdraft occurs as a result it'll be my fault and I will be paying for it🙃
