Totally useless. Scheduled a ride and nobody called till the scheduled time. Luckily I have booked a local auto for backup and that helped me for the travel. If you are not able to provide a proper service or if you don't have sufficient coordinators or vehicles tied-up with you, why do you launch in new towns?
