I honestly didn't wish to give this app a star but I can't write the review without that. It's an app known for fake promises and assurance. Few teachers are really rude and don't take much efforts to explain things they criticize more than teaching. There is no refund for missed (by us or by teachers both) sessions or any additional sessions arranged. Overall, the app was disappointing.

Clapingo is an absolute disappointment. Most teachers are careless—they either skip sessions or just go through the motions without genuine effort. The support team is equally careless, offering no accountability or solutions for issues like canceled sessions or overbooked slots. I subscribed for six months, but this was a complete waste of time and money. The way they treat learners, this platform is doomed to fail. I’ll never use Clapingo again. Avoid it at all costs!
