This company just stopped pulling automatic payments for car insurance without communication. No phone call, no paper mail, no email. I discovered I owed $150, I paid it and I just found out my insurance was still cancelled. Now I have to pay to reinstate it. I cannot access any documents online I couldnt even before cancelation. They were all password protected and I have been given no password. They do not get back to you through email. It is a holiday and I am without car insurance.

Easy to pay payments on app but unable to download insurance card due to "storage permissions issue." Have reached out to support. No reply. Otherwise pleasant company to deal with.
