| 2023-08-13 |  | | Slow, expensive - a scandal. It charges 26€ for a 25€ top-up, then the app itself charges another euro for the top-up. On site, service was super slow, presumably because of connectivity issues, meaning I could never check if the correct amount was deducted from my funds. Not something you want to handle when partying. Each drink was charged 2€ extra for the plastic glass deposit, and then refunded if you brought one back - seems unnecessary and complicated. Bottom line: very bad. |
