Claude is great, and I use it every day - but the Android app still lacks functionally compared to the web app. I'll upgrade this to 5 stars as soon as they enable editing previous messages in a thread, as you can in the browser version. Not sure why they cut that. Maybe they thought it was too complex for a mobile interface? It's not. Without it, you're better off making a shortcut to claude.ai than using this app for anything more than a one-shot query.

Paul Joachim, 2025-02-01Even though I am not subscribed to the service, I still get use out of it. Claude offers 6 free messages every 24 hours, with (as far as I know) very little to no limit to character count. The answers are always accurate, helpful, and kind. I've had Claude help me figure out names for characters based off looks, assistance with gaming and debugging games, to questions as simple as how to ask a question nicely. For anyone looking for a really good AI that is incredibly helpful, it's here. 10/10
