Finding care section is a hit or miss. A lot of incorrect data and someone very smart decided to put the FAX number in the provider list view which is useless. Once you go to the provider page, then it shows the correct phone number BUT when you call, the doc with that name doesn't exist and the address in the provider page doesn't match with the map view at all!

1/21/2025 - Still not syncing with Google Fit. Very annoying. It worked for awhile and for the last few months it's back to not syncing again. All permissions have been granted to the app to access Fit information but this app is not syncing with the data. Stopped syncing with google fit. Worked fine before the last update. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it start syncing again. Update....its back to not syncing again!

Hire a professional to make a new app. You definitely can afford it! The app is literally looks and functions like some student made for homework. And I'm not sure if was even high-school student, probably not. Extremely glitchy, heavy, not reliable. Such way of navigation and overall experience that absolutely denies any logical sense. Probably one of the worst android apps that I ever used. IOS app is no better. If I could give it negative rating, I definitely would. But 1* is the minimum here

This is a terrible insurance app. I've only used it for 30 minutes and it is constantly crashing, not proving the insurance details or the correct urgent/quick cares nearest me that accept my insurance. The app takes forever to load and is redundant upon information making you resubmitt details you've already fulfilled especially when creating the account. Wasn't helpful at all.

This is the worst app I've ever used. I tried to find an urgent care location that was covered by my insurance. The nearest one that I drove to didn't even exist. I've now tried 3 times to schedule virtual care, and all 3 times either the physician cancelled last-minute or the app was having technical difficulties. This is extremely frustrating, and it's a perfect example of why healthcare in the US is abhorrent.

At first glance, it seems pretty robust. Then, after attempting to use several functions, you realize that everything past your Profile and Digital ID cards just seems to give a spinning wheel. Provider lookup, spinning wheel. Import lab results, spinning wheel. Action items, spinning wheel. Non-app web version seems to work, app needs work.

apparently won't be tracking my steps anymore since I quit Fitbit and got a Galaxy Smartwatch. Doesn''t show that I can connect that particular brand. Also can't get to the gym reimbursement form, says I don't have access to that program when I was just on a benefits meeting last week that said I should. Get a lot of "something went wrong give us time to fix it" or "We're sorry, but we encountered an error" or "Something went wrong, please try again" messages when clicking around.

Horrible app It says it has a reward, to NO avail. Rewards from last month that have been expired. I don't know what happened to the application. A lot has changed. I don't even bother It's the same story twice already. I have read the messages and said I have rewards, and to no avail. Nothing It happened today

Very slow, cannot link accounts- have been getting a technical error message for 2 months. When trying live chat, it's only available during "banker hours." This is worse than going to an actual dr, such a waste of time. I have un installed and re installed so many times, nothing works. Now the app is charging me $55 when my co.pay is $0. All settings have been double checked for accuracy. Somehow I keep getting overlooked as if I made the mistake. Don't bother... use teledoc or ANYTHING else

When you send a message in the app, u can't attached a file/pic. The apps tells u that u must go to website to send message with attached files. So I login to the Anthem website and it immediately pops up the Sydney app telling me to use the Sydney app. Come on...App developing 101, Don't send the user in circles. So if you want to send a message with attachment you have to go to Anthem's website on a desktop...defeats the purpose of an app.
