    It's good when it works. Bafflingly, the frustrating thing is that sometimes it can't find my fire stick. Don't know what changed. TV on in front of me, clearly it's the fire stick, remote not working. Uninstall and reinstall? Does nothing. And this happens from time to time. If they fix that, four or five stars for sure. Until then, it does have unnecessary aggravations that come up from time to time.

    Not the first time I've had this app and same issue this time along with a new one. The remote will display all the tv's connected for the longest time then all of a sudden one or the other will just stop showing up for no reason. The new issue is our TV's will randomly control themselves while connected to this app, the volume starts turning up or down on it's own without the phone even being touched. The first time I used this app was in 2019, more than enough time for you to get it right.
