| 2025-02-01 |  | | Every order i make lately is shipped usps. I pay for prime not usps. I no longer see 2 day shipping everything take 4-5 days to reach me. I live 25 mins from a warehouse. Yes there are some items that need shipped from where ever and take longer as expected. But I also live with someone who gets 2 day shipping and they have amazon deliver. Why do I pay for prime when things are not what they are to be for prime members. Usps sits my packages where they are seen and can be stolen. |

The past orders search defaults to search the last 30 days, even with word search! And you can only do word search for 1 year at a time, so it takes forever to find past orders. The consumer app word search looks at the entire account's history, and this one should too! |

They give a list of the last 5 items but if the item was the 6th or 7th or so on, the button for "help with anything else" doesn't work and THERE'S NO WAY TO ENGAGE WITH AMAZON AS BUYER! At least not through the app which is ABSOLUTELY rubbish because that's where you really need the support. I think this whole "once you buy you're on your own" approach is not a glitch, it is by design! |
