| 2025-01-25 |  |  | While the app functionality is fine, it's not at the level that reflects all the hospital services like insurance information, sick leaves request & integration with Nafees as tge patient information like name for instance is not accurate. I'm sure further development & enchantment might be coming and it rather be soon. In general the app is not near the level of other providers. |

| 2024-09-26 |  | | The app is very buggy. It won't let me sign up for an account as thr forgot password and create an account writing is overlapping, at least for android. Trying to enter as a guest was also unsuccessful as it it is just hung on loading. |
