This sucks. After using my registered credentials for more than a year, suddenly the app says it is wrong n when you try to reset it with the OTP they send. It pops back with a message that the PIN can't be resetted!!! Rubbish!! N these people claim they r the best! Can't even have n app running properly

Pathetic! The less said about this app, the better. I've been a valid customer for the last six months, paying regularly for uninterrupted service. Could not sign-in or register in the app, as my customer id couldn't be found on its database! Preposterous! Its web page also disturbs frequently, many times not opening at all. All Helpline options suck. Y'connect with WhatsApp' option, you open it, and a default message appears with link of web page, with too much info gathering but not fruitful.

One of the most useless app, absolutely nil customer support. Was using this app for quite a time for monthly recharge. But suddenly from last month the app is behaving weirdly not taking PIN to open, not accepting the received OTP to reset PIN, and after uninstalling and reinstalling now its saying that even my client ID is invalid. Absolute mockery

Horrible experience with this app. Alliance net connection sucks. Neither am I able to open the app inspite of giving the correct pin nor am I able to reset pin after entering the correct OTP in my registered mobile number. I don't know why but it is impossible to change your plan and select one with lower cost. It is a teribble app and I would recommend that no one downloads it.

Worst app, don't download it. I am a user of Alliance broadband from last 7 months. I downloaded this app tried to login, but every time it says "customer id not found". I contacted customer services and they said technical issue. I don't understand if they take more than a year to resolve this issue as it is more than 7 months now. And i also believe the customer service representative replying in WhatsApp knows only one line. " It's a technical issue and will take time to fix it "

I've been using Alliance Broadband for the past two months. Sure, there are downtimes here and there as expected, but overall its a very good service so far. However, in terms of the app, it's useless. I'd prefer to make payments and interact via the app, but it always says that my Client ID is invalid. Its been months and I've complained repeatedly, but all they say is that there are technical issues. I mean, come on. Please fix this. Its a much needed app.

Horrible app, tickets never get responded or updated. After raising the ticket I got a call saying they are working on it. That's it. Then nothing happened. Even the issue got resolved long back but in app ticket status not changed. And you cannot raise a new ticket if you have a open ticket. Connect through whatsapp never responded. Pathetic.

Very poor... This app is nothing but a useless gimmick. This app only allows you to make payments and raise tickets apart from that it should give us these 2 important features as well: 1.) There should be an option to download PDF copies of paid bills, which is unfortunately not there. 2.) There is no option to change the plans or packages online or through the app.

Worst service ever. I keep facing frequent disconnections, have to login multiple times in a day. Suddenly the server goes off comes back in 3-4 mins. Happens 10-12 times in a day. If you call customer service, they would check your ping and tell you things are alright and disconnect. Won't even check for the problem.

Worst ever!! My internet is not working since past 15 days. Paid the full amount but my money is wasted. Not going to pay any refund or loss amount. Their customer care service lines are off too. The only way to connect is through app, which doesn't help either because they will never respond to your ticket and you cannot open another ticket until ur previous ticket is closed!!
