I have been experiencing issues with the Secure Approve feature in the Alliance Bank Online App on my Samsung S24 Ultra. Despite pressing "Yes" multiple times, my transaction does not get approved. This has been very frustrating, as I am unable to complete payments smoothly.

Been tried to login for hours, once correct password is typed and click login, the app auto closes itself. There is no any notification saying if it is a safety feature or something to protect from duplicate login. Request MSC also same issue, auto close app.
