| 2025-02-04 |  | | Absolutely a joke, had to cancel one of 2 orders and it wouldn't allow me to do just the one. So I cancelled them both thinking I could just go reorder the one. Well I went back to order the one and the price tripled what it originally was in the first place. This app is a total joke... Taking my money elsewhere... |
| 2025-01-25 |  | | The app doesn't work properly. Firstly it tells me my account is temporarily locked and I can't access my account after receiving my first order, which is faulty. I can't review the product,( not allowed without account access) I sent an email yet they say they can't see the photo images of the damaged product and so no further progress!... Despite blisteringly fast delivery the back up service to this business is very poor and improvement is desperately needed. |

Otherwise I would have ordered many products. This needs to be simplified. I'm certain that others have experienced similar problems. Life is complicated enough as it is. |

Searching for items and typing a message doesn't appear in the box on the screen, scrolling doesn't work, your inbox doesn't refresh messages instantly, close and open the app is normal, it freezes is glitchy and buggy. No way to view all photo's shared in a chat to easily reference reply to a picture. No way to delete your own chat messages to save confusion? Do the devs even care about the app? Will delete and update the review if this changes.. |

I would have to force shut the app each time I try to do something different, and it's quite frankly getting annoying. I have a Samsung Android phone and made sure to clear the cache, and even uninstalled and reinstalled this app to see if it fixes the constant freezing issue. It does not. |

I would seriously appreciate NOT being forced into the play store to download an app just because I would like to read about one product that came up in a search. Intrusive, forceful, deceptive. It's like pop up spam at its absolute worst-case and makes the thought of buying anything with this company seem like a most probable mistake in the long run. If that's what it's like to not have the app, I can't imagine the nonsense of what must go in if it's downloaded. |

The payment system funks up then you're payments get denied because of app. When typing you can see ehile you type. Sometimes you can't hit the back button and have to restart the app. 2/10 because I have connected with people for my business. Other than that... 👎👎 |

Had to request refund because an entire month went by, and seller never shipped my order. Seems like everyone on there is a bot and you can't ever get any answers. I'm pretty sure my purchase was never going to ship, because right after I made it, the shipping cost for what I purchased went from 127 dollars to 750 dollars. Waste of time and money. Scam? Beware. |

The app is a resource hog forcing me to uninstall it from every phone I've ever tried it on, and the website is unusable on mobile since it insists on redirecting automatically to Google Play Store to install the app no matter how many times you opt to continue in your browser and no matter how many times you hit the back button when it auto-directs. Memo to mobile web and app developers: not everyone is going to succumb to filling their phones with an app for every website. |

Everytime you click on a product for more details, a pop up to install the app comes up but if you click out of it or click back so you can continue on the site, it sends you back to the homepage. It's unfortunate because I really want to use the website but it's basically unusable. |
