I can never access my statements. Every end of year it is an issue

Contributions do not seem to appear in this app on the same day they are taken from payroll. Definite lag compared to Fidelity NetBenefits. Update: two cycles into using this app, it has taken 5 days for the first contribution to appear in the app after the payroll date, and currently 9 days and counting after the most recent payroll date. I understand the provided explanation for the lag after my original review but it should be stated in this app what dates I should expect to see my funds.
