I reported a crime against animals. The person responded saying it's not in their jurisdiction and did nothing. What is the purpose of the app if someone reports and it goes to a jurisdiction that doesn't handle it? Ridiculous. So nothing was done because nobody cared and the animals are still being neglected. Also the fact that the app requires your location to be on 24/7 is creepy.
