horrible doorbell camera. it's great for alarms, locking doors and garage but the doorbell camera.. do NOT recommend. I would have kept the Ring if I knew how bad it was. I may try to switch back.

Broken App! I have been a customer of My Alarm for ages. The app never worked and this one doesn't either. It never recognizes my account! Even calling the help desk does not help. I am going to look for another security company where i get the services I am charged for, and where their apps ACTUALLY WORK! My Alarm-Alert 360 is a waste of time and money. Find another company if you can!
