Printer works great, prints shipping labels & photos fast & set up is straightforward. Had some trouble connecting Bluetooth at first. Turning off my phone & machine & restarting both a few times helped it pair & now it works. Customer service is attentive and friendly. Since I couldn't connect at first, I messaged and they got back to me by email. When I didn't reply (it went to spam) they sent two more messages to check and try to fix the issue. Rare to see this level of commitment.
