2025-01-03 | Most ridiculous claiming process, make a simple thing so difficult. Had to keep bouncing between hospital and AIA just to get simple forms filled up. So much time wasted and ended up lapse 3 months, AIA auto reject claims with no sympathy of situation. Instead, suggest next time use letter of guarantee. Noone would have known all these processes. I would have appreciated someone who try to understand the situation and help, instead of sending auto rejection. Process is dead, humans are alive. | ||
