Worst ever apps...keep on log out my acct and when I try to log in it fail to recognise my user id and password and need to reset back...and when reset back still the same..

Most ridiculous claiming process, make a simple thing so difficult. Had to keep bouncing between hospital and AIA just to get simple forms filled up. So much time wasted and ended up lapse 3 months, AIA auto reject claims with no sympathy of situation. Instead, suggest next time use letter of guarantee. Noone would have known all these processes. I would have appreciated someone who try to understand the situation and help, instead of sending auto rejection. Process is dead, humans are alive.

Why is locations permissions needed if app is just being used to submit claims? App refuses to allow usage without location permissions

always asked to update whenever required to use the app....then all the biometric information set for login gone....having hard time to remember passwords, because each and everytime need to reset
