The only reason it is 4 stars now is they updated the app, and I don't like it. It was very efficient and user friendly the way it was before. Unfortunately, now it is not as quick to navigate or easy to manage. It use to literally take me 10-15 seconds to navigate to the MANAGE tab, select the plan I wanted to pay on, and make the paymet. Well, today, after 2-3 minutes of trying to figure out if I was on the right plan, I gave up and started searching for a way to use the previous app version.

I do not like the new layout. I like being able to see the dates of payments due and how much this month's payment is for. Now I have to click on it and scroll down to find due dates. And they are in no particular order. The only things shown is total balance and where the purchase is for. Still a great pay off option. Still a great app!!!!

I literally would NOT have a new phone, a PS5, OR a Nintendo Switch if it wasn't for Affirm! I am above & beyond happy! Today I picked up a Playstation VR2 with Affirm! Just picked it up! Thanks, Affirm. I am not paid to say this. %100 legit ! I edited this because the app has changed & now I can't see my payment due dates like I used too. I am now very confused which one is next & I do not understand this unnecessary change to the app. I really hope I don't miss a payment now.

Horrible account design. Your account is attached to a phone number, so if someone else has the number before you and had made an account, they will show up when you use that number to log in. Even though they can adjust it, it still doesn't work on other sites because it thinks it still belongs to the other person. This is a bad design when phone numbers change.

I love Affirm and how flexible and manageable it makes it to buy things, especially for holidays. BUT I have a big gripe with the new look in the app though. Where you manage your loans or no longer shows when the upcoming dates are next to it so you can plan your budget. You have to click on each individual one and scroll to see the date. I know the ones in the current week or month can be shown, but I like to plan my budget a month in advance and I would like to see all the dates

This is the best shopping online app in the World!!! I love it. Super easy. Super simple. I can literally buy anything and they do payment plans so it's easier to keep track of your my money. Just pay them all early every month and your golden. Then there is nothing you can't buy. Keeps me more discipline in my finances and buying doesn't effect your credit unlike other cards. Less you miss a payment. Which is why you just have pay everything early. Just be wise and your good.

I changed the management screen so you can no longer see the due dates of your loans and anything that's pending payment is duplicated so the entire management screen is completely confusing now They need to reverse the changes that they made because there was no issues with the management screen before they decided to "upgrade or fix" it. Don't mess with things that are not broken.

After years of using the no-interest payment options, I've decided to return to charging large purchases on my Chase credit cards. The refund process is incredibly frustrating—far from seamless and often taking months (yes, months!) to resolve, with refunds issued as paper checks rather than being adjusted on payment plans. This outdated and inefficient approach feels manipulative in an industry that should prioritize customer convenience.

why change the appearance of the app it was perfect before. now it's difficult to manage plans due to the dates not being visible with out selecting each plan. and i don't won't no bs response i see theres quite a few of others that are not happy about it either. so revert it or give the option to see the dates on the main screen. and no not just for that month all of them.

UI issue: please revert the way payments are listed on the 'manage' tab. it used to be listed in chronological order, where the topmost payment was the one soonest due. it also used to tell you the due date on that 'manage' page, which was very convenient. now I need to click on each individual payment to see the due dates and I also have no way to know which payment is due next without clicking on them all individually.
