| 2024-09-08 |  | | I haven't been able to sign into the app for over a month. It always just says "technical issues" . Can't get into the member website either. I cant access my insurance cards or anything. I dont know whats happening but this is extremely frustrating. I've tried numerous different browsers. Un-installed and reinstalled. Can't get into anything. If I could give this zero stars I would because this is absolutely ridiculous |

Everytime I clicked on the Teledoc option, it would circle back for me to log in instead of redirecting me to the Teledoc portal. I disabled fingerprint authentication, cleared cache and everything I can think of to help, but it still doesn't seem to work properly. |

It is missing some key features. Some of the shortcomings of the app include the lack of a dark mode and the inability to pay providers for a claim in the app or on their site (this used to be available on their site). The app UI works but could be improved. A way to estimate the cost of care for health services would also be helpful. |

Everytime I open the app, it asks you if you want to enable fingerprint, so I enable it. and it never works, and just re-prompts me to see if I want to set it up. how bout making that preference stick?? |

How much longer are these technical issues going to last??? I've force stopped, I've reset my phone, I've Uninstalled and re installed the app. Nothing works. 9 months later and I still cannot get into this app no matter what I do. |

Unfortunately their website is extremely slow and it literally activates my anxiety. It is so stressful. They really do need to update the system and make it more friendly and efficient. When it comes to customer service it's a 60/40 chance if that rep is in the mood to really assist. |

I didn't give a higher rating because the app gives an error when you try to request an id card- it's really frustrating because I don't want to call when the app literally tells you that you can. |

Always shows an error when you try to view the PDF, regardless of when and which claim. Please fix.
