Heavily conflicts with password managers, lots of error message spam, frustrating to get past all the error messages to log in. [Edit] A year later, this is still a problem.

Unfortunately the app does not allow me to login as it will not accept my login or password. I've verified that it identical too the login info used to access the website without issue but when attempting to sign in on the app it tries to get me to change my password everytime.

Was never able to get it to work when I was on United Health Care. They gave me $224.00 per month for healthy foods or to pay electric, gas, other bills.

Generally pretty good, but that disappointed with the last update as they took away energy usage monthly data for the last year. I used this s lot to see my trend, now it's gone. Can only see one month of data, this is not useful. Bad update to take away valuable information from your customers.

App doesn't work. I've been using the app for a while, but it suddenly quit working. Try to log on to vote my bill and it just keeps kicking me out. So frustrating when I need to get stuff done

The app continues to ask for biometrics, I give them, and it closes and opens back again asking again for biometrics, the app has a bug and has been like this for 2 months. I am willing to update this review but will not till bug is fixed. I am running most current version of the app, no updates are available.

My husband downloaded this POS app, and it never brings up the balance of what we owe. When we try to pay anyway, it says that we have nothing due. We were confused at first, and then our electric went out. We had to pay a hefty fee to turn our electric back on again. We have to call the company every time if we want to pay our bill

It didn't let me log in at all. For two months it tells me: oops. Still awfull and can't log in. Since you still haven't fixed the application I will uninstall it. Dang shame that a huge company like you can't hire capable people to fix your app.
