    Unfortunately my hair stylist and nail tech use this app. It sucks! I have to log in every time even though I never logged out. None of my payment methods on file work. Always says error. I wish I could give it negative stars! No wonder there are so many issues. No update has been pushed since 2022! Ugh! Fix it!

    When i schedule my clients appointments and they have the app the appointment does not come to the app. There should also be push notifications that remind customers of appointments etc. As of right now the app doesn't offer any plus for having it at the moment Will not let my clients schedule appointments

    Like many others I struggle with this App's frequent login failure. After contacting support I found out they have no intention of fixing it. This is a shame as it makes businesses look bad and if I ran classes I would think twice about using acuity.

    Tried to download on my Pixel and it does not download. Going to the website I can't sign -up yet it asks me to login. Seems very glitchy and not user friendly.

    If you can book something through this app give yourself a round of applause. I have a business in my list I can't delete. A business that I try to book things through but it's just the website inside the app. Then although I've signed in to the app which has all my details I still need to enter all my details again on the booking page. Honestly whole lot of hassle. Suggest companies look at something like spaces by wix as this software needs binned 🙄

    I tried to schedule my husband for the sauna he paid for, it would not accept his phone number. Then I tried to schedule myself and it would not allow my phone number regardless of my typing it in. I uninstalled and reinstalled and all disappeared. It's ridiculous that I can't schedule the sauna appointment while I'm at the locale. Your service wastes time, money and is utterly useless and obnoxious.

    This app is a complete waste of time. Just use the web page. If anything, the app is even more debilitated than the web page, which isn't a great piece of work either. Little information. Extremely poor security.

    Frustrating. I could schedule my appointment but never see my appointments. It always says error when I schedule the appointment but it's in the salons schedule as set. I have to add my credit card every single time I book. I don't like this program.

    Scheduling appointments works fine for me as a customer. The app itself signs me out every single time I use it. I can't recommend it until either it remembers my login, gives a biometric sign in option, or adds single sign on.

    Works fine when it wants to. It will very frequently silently log you out for no reason, which is a problem in itself. But it won't even tell you that. It'll just give you errors or let you schedule appointments that don't go thru. I have to force and clear cache each time to make it acknowledge it logged me out, then log back in for it to work properly. This is simple and should have been fixed already
