Pathetic experience, think trillion times before opting the services. Every other day the internet connection is down. I have to raise tickets plenty of times. The area technician doesn't respond at all, come what may,they won't resolve the issue. Never keep their promises. I even opted out but they assured improvement in services, resulting I resumed the connection. Now again circle has started. they deserve a negative ratings!

very bad operator. don't have option to change plans. not able to connect customer care when bill is due. very bad. and who the hell are you people to charge interest if we don't pay our due. have we taken your service in debt. DON'T FOOL CUSTOMERS. IT WILL BE TAKEN TO CONSUMER COURT, IF WE GET SUCH SMS.
