Tells me I have a network error when everything is working fine, so I'm unable to receive roundups When I use my debit card which is the sole reason I got acorns. I Just got off the phone with acorns. They advised it would take 3 business days to try to resolve the error. If they cannot resolve a simple network error issue then it shows that whatever else they may have is not reliable. I canceled acorns just now. 0 stars. |

I will say their customer service was very helpful in resolving my initial issue. Having access to real people over the phone rather than some automated voice box is something that is detrimental to money management. Also, I appreciate their dedication to protecting account access for their users. |

Signed up and entered in all my information during registration, but it was required to subscribe for a monthly fee in order to be fully registered at the end of the process. The fee is not much, but should be upfront about the fee on advertisements and before people start submitting their personal information in case people don't want to proceed with the subscription. |

I had sent in both a photo of my driver's license & also a selfie of me holding it. They did email saying that additional verification is needed however upon tapping the link, it opens into their app in the messenger area with no new messages. Chat help was helpful. |

Really my only and biggest issue is the customer support. Holy cow it's basically non existant. They will give you macro responses and then if they can't solve your problem or you need a little extra help they will try to get rid of you by saying they'll send you an email and it'll take 1+ days to receive /respond. Only reason it gets 3 star |

It's really easy to set up and use and they even have educational videos to help you understand not only how the app works but how stocks and bonds work as well. And I've actually managed to save a little bit by using the Recurring weekly transfer feature! I definitely recommend using Acorns! 😃 |

Only thing is, I wish they had more stock and ETF options. for example it would be nice to take the US Treasury ETFs off and put more into VOO or QQQ or whatever I wanted. Your options to customize your portfolio are very limited. I know the app is designed for people with no experience in the market but it would be nice if they could accommodate to people with some experience |

Just realistically; as someone trying to claw their way out of poverty: tangible gains matter a tremendous amount to me. this is a great hedge, but won't ever be enough |

With the way I have it set up with my round ups, I literally am putting away money and not thinking about it. I've been able to pay emergency bills and breaks for the past 5 years now because of how seamless I have my withdrawals set up. Saving a little at a time adds up and pays BIG! Highly Recommend! |

I save my spare change and a small weekly amount and it just keeps growing so fast. I'm about to upgrade to choose some stocks I'd like to invest in. I highly recommend this app. |
