| 2025-02-04 |  | | ever since I've been using this app I must say kudos to those who are in charge because I've not had a single issue and the security of funds is top notch it's a 10/10. only concern is the little charges behind every transfer that's all ..it's a very nice app transactions are fast as 2 seconds and I've not experienced any network issues . keep up the good work |
| 2025-02-02 |  | | I have been using the app for awhile and I used to recommend the app to my friends that is reliable but since yesterday 1/2/2025, I have not been able to carryout any transactions on the app, infact I had to borrow money to pay for some items I bought because the app was showing faill on any transaction, it's so frustrating. The issue have been rectified on two accounts, remaining one. Though this is my first time am experiencing this on the app, I would still recommend the app, it's reliable. |

Hope it was not with the intention of defrauding customers. The feature also encourages customers on loan to try their best to pay up their loans. PLEASE RETURN THE FEATURES. THANKS |

The app keeps closing whenever I try to perform any transaction, including transfers and airtime purchases, even after updating the app. I really need to make a transaction now, and both the USSD code and app are not working. I wish it were possible to give 0 stars; that's what this app deserves. |
