have been able to use this app in the past, I have a lifetime PAID membership, now can't sign in, have deleted and reinstalled, still no luck, rep at dreamstar advised my account and password is good... when I click "sign in", it spins for about 3 seconds then stays on login screen, please fix, I don't want to go to the website to access this

Total scam company. Stay far away. The other reviews are probably fake. Their "independent" sales people scammed my 80 year old mother out of thousands of dollars and promised her out of a timeshare and instead signed her up for a new vacation club, they took her out to dinner, signed for her as a "in person host" on docusign and didn't even let her read the contract. They also filled out her finance form showing her yearly income as her monthly income. They don't even have a legit business address, just a PO box. Their finance company acts like a loan shark. Shameful.
