However the awesomeness of trading with others is quickly fading away as the app is slowly getting dominated by commercial businesses. one example is vehicles listed on the app, a vast majority of which are posted by dealerships. Lego, please do something about this, at the very least a filter flag like "by owner / by dealer" would be great. Thank you. |

I finished the whole process, the car shows under my listing for sale, but it does not show up for sale when I look it up as a customer. I even double checked on my friend's phone and his account and the car does not show for sale. I even checked my advertised zip code and address and all was correct. I also tried to delete the posting and it won't let me delete. I emailed letgo for help they never got back to me, hence the low score. |
| 2020-05-08 |  | | Really wanted to use this app, but when I try to create my account it tells me I'm not connected to the internet. Sometimes, it comes up and says making sure I'm not a robot, gives me some tiles to choose images from, then kicks back out to oops, you're not connected to the internet. Tried reinstalling again with same results. I gave up and removed it. I have a Google Pixel 3a. ☹️ |

Would give 0 stars if i "COULD" Someone sends me a link to letgo via text message and it goes straight to opening up the letgo app and doesn't tell me what the person wanted me to see about a specific item!!!!!! I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it a few times but it does the same thing!!!!!!! Go with Offerup App, you can't go wrong! Gallaxy note 9 here |
| 2020-02-09 | | | Had to drop my rating. It's a good app if it would allow you to see what you want to see. In order to see multiple things (furniture, clothes, ect) you have to view all categories. So you are stuck looking at used cars, appliances or whatever else you are NOT interested in. Also, people are constantly reliting the same junk day in and day out. I've reported it, but it doesn't help. Hate that the app trys to title peoples items..it's never right. It should require you title your own items |
| 2019-11-25 | | | This is a really great app. It really deserve 5 stars but I'm giving it 4 cuz there is a little that could still be improved. Real minor stuff, like you should be able to use the attract more buyers feature for free at first for a little while before having to pay for it. But I understand they want to make money too. So just a little head start would be nice tho. All in all, still a great app. My first choice, and from my experience, I would say it's the best choice. |
| 2019-07-27 | | | App has issues. For one, messages don't always show up until later. Second, you can't sell anything local it seems. Most inquiries are from other states, even when you post where you're at. Searching is the same thing. You have to reset the location every time you open the App. Not to mention most only send the pre-fab, hi is this available button, and then it's over. its probably more annoying to use this App and not worth the hassle. |

I know it might sound weird, but most of the users on Letgo are fake profiles that text you just to make you think that someone is actually interested in the stuff you're selling. Also the app could be improved in many ways, for example at the moment it doesn't allow you to upload more than one picture at a time (!). It should also allow to create new listings on the website without the app, a feature that isn't supported at the moment. |
| 2019-06-29 | | | It's not too user friendly in an efficient manner. You load one pic, then have to go all the way back through the process, what an annoying waste of time. Also here in Miami most ppl speak Spanish, I do not. Please make a way to have the communication automatically translate for us. even worse, now the app sends me alerts when my Facebook friends join. I only want messages to ads alerts or price drops on watched items. other than that I do not need to be alerted friends joined, ridiculous. |
| 2019-05-22 | | | Update 5/22/19 - Letgo desperately needs to fix two major annoyances. 1) Allow the seller to enter in All of the details before forcing them to post, then reopen, then enter more info. 2) Alllow the Seller to select multiple pictures. i shouldn't have to click 4 times each time i want to add a new picture. thats ridiculous Not bad and maybe this is user error.. but I cannot find a way to turn off item notifications while leaving chat notifications on. If anyone could help I'd appreciate it. |
