| 2025-01-17 |  |  | There's always maintenance when I'm really in need of money. Like bro, just remove the app if they always need to do maintenance. Right now I'm in need of fuel, and it just stops working. |
| 2025-01-13 |  | | Internet banking at absa is replete with inconsistancies. Even at customer service centre when one officer informs that everything is ok and the internet transfer will be done forthwith same is not adhered . The next day I receive a call to re submit my request of transfer without any explanation whatsoever. To add insult to injury the account is blocked with the traditional alert : "oops something went wrong at Our End ...please try again etc etc". Same is still in abeyance. |

| 2024-12-04 |  | | The app is ok, but needs a LOT of improvements to make it actually good. Basically it needs to be redone from scratch. And I've tried the internet banking on the web - it's way way worse than the app. So many bugs, its embarrassing 🤦🤦🤦 😞 |

| 2024-11-22 |  | | Using Absa pay on your mobile is great. One issue though. After using Absa pay and you want to use the app for banking stuff you have to force stop the app and run it again, else you remain on the Absa pay screen. Needs to be fixed in the next update. Absa folks you misread what I wrote. Call me to understand. |

| 2024-10-14 |  | | 1 star is not the right rating. Very disappointed with the app which I use very rarely but each time I use it for transfering funds always have issues with the login. Or even I cannot transfer from absa to another bank or vice versa. Very stressful and each time the hotline not available had to try so many times. |
| 2024-10-03 |  | | Horrible UI/UX.. basic bank transfer one has to struggle. It is full of bugs as well .. gives error message 'Account does not exist' though it is displaying the account. Plz fix these basic things. |
