    K S    		 All of a sudden I can't get alerts for my transactions I've uninstalled the app called the bank checked all settings nothing I NEED TO GET ALERTS!!!! THIS HAS TO BE FIXED ASAP!!

    Icarus    		 I have used this app for two years now with very few problems. However, recently I have stopped getting notifications. I have checked the settings in the app and even my own phone settings. I want to be notified of every purchase. But for whatever reason, it has stopped working.

    Marybeth McKinney    		 I've been locked out of this app for almost a year, because it suddenly decided it no longer likes my SAVED password. I also used my thumbprint to sign in - no longer recognized. I had to reset my pw on the bank site, then I was able to log in. This was good for one log in. I repeated this multiple times & now I can no longer log in at all. I've uninstalled & reinstalled. Without the Instant Balance feature or the ABCO My Cards app, I wouldn't know what's happening with my acct.

    Terry Pertuit    		 The camera feature is very difficult. The "hold still" prompt comes up for very extended periods of time without taking the picture. It took me an excessive amount of tries.

    Kyle Little    		 Horrible, does not work at all. I have the latest Samsung phone and this is the only app that just wont work. Cant get past the home screen. The new ABCO changes are a huge disappointment.

It started out fine and now I'm constantly calling customer service because I have to keep changing my password so I can log on to my account. And then when I call customer service they're trying to put the blame on me saying I'm putting in my password wrong.

    My Playlist    		 I love the ipad air version of this app. Since my ipad air just died, I installed this app on my Samsung A10e. This f.king version of ABCO app sucks big time. It takes eternity to load and to do anything else. I still not yet know how to pay bill or even just to find where that feature in this app. Giving this app3 stars is way too generous. I don't think it deserved that many stars!

I have been trying for weeks to open this app period before this so-called download and the site was iffy I always ended up calling customer service for my banking... it's ridiculous! I stopped using it or rather I'm still unable to use it. So much for convenience👎👎👎

    Michard Ruiz    		 Constantly asking me for password verification even tho my password is saved on my phone, fingerprint thing wont even pop up, and its constantly down and cant log in. Entered correct password and still could log in.... Shot is very bad now. Inconveniancing those that work multiple jobs and cant make it to tge bank big time. Time to switch banks
