I can't complete video class in Unit 25, because when I have watched video it doesen't stop. And there is no button to sign that I finished watching video. So, I can't unlock assessment. |

I love the presentation as I am a voice over artist that has done guided tutorials. 💯% on point. The English is crisp and uncluttered. There are a few words that are slightly different in pronunciation; here I find that you will be marked down if not expressed in the same manner as theirs. Overall, I'd grade their course 10/10, in tutoring non native speakers. It WILL be worth it! |

For instance when I login to the app the first screen is showing nothing and when I finish the activities haces men is not showing my results. Apart from that, I've learned a lot. I will recommend it to my friends for sure . |

In that way, we can find the material that we need very quickly, even when we don't remember where it's the exact unit what are we looking for. |

Every class has five lessons, I have to go through all of them even if I'm already good at some of them. For Ex speak and interept I'm already good at it so at one point I stopped recording my self and just recorded 0seconds to skip the lesson, it consumes unnecessary time. I wish if there was a way to take an exam and if passed at first attempt then I pass the class |
| 2020-10-21 |  | | The app has a didactic that was interesting at first, but over time you get stressed because it is poorly made, simply broken. The fact that you can only use the download while the app is open is counter productive, because if I want to do the module later when there is no internet, I shouldn't care if the app is open or closed. But the worst of all is undoubtedly "speaking". When you start talking, if you leave the app for some reason, it doesn't matter how long, when it comes back it doesn't save progress. You want to hear EVERYTHING again, and theoretically speak EVERYTHING again, both offline and online, this takes too long and makes the "flow" app broken and inefficient. Not to mention that in the offline lessons, when you do the "listening", at the beginning of the sentence you cannot understand it directly, only online. The app's navigation is terrible, I don't feel fluent, everything takes time to load regardless of the speed of your connection. Not to mention that the web version is different from the mobile version, as it has different modules. So, for these reasons and some others, the student's learning is left aside because the didactic intention is even good, but without fluidity and with poorly developed development mechanics, I think your money is not worth it in this app. I've been using the app for almost 2 years, before I had 5 stars, because the app only gets worse and discourages me, that's why I'm here to say that there are better apps, apps that flow and that are free, because paying this is not worth it. |

Every time I need to translate one word I have to leave the program and go to Google translate but when I reopen the task it would erase all work I've done and make me do it all again, even when I open the app and the Google translate in a split screen view. Please, fix this problem or make every single word with a definition so it will keep learning fun and easy! Thank you. |
