No lie! It's worth it's weight in gold! Compare it to your insurance roadside policy, and see the truth I speak! It offers waaay more! You would think roadside asistence would be a part of your insurance policy automatically without a fee. Not! This is a winner! |

That's really unusual compare to other apps. I am using AAA more than 2 years as of now, but they didn't even informing consumer agency (Lexisnexis) I believe, when I was going for Auto quote for other insurance companies they simply denying saying that I don't have continuous insurance for past 2 years. but that's false. |
| 2025-01-15 |  | | About 1 am every few nights, the app sends a notification that says "monitoring journeys" and causes my Spotify to stop working. This is a problem because I sleep to my Spotify, so when it goes off, I wake up. My phone is on sleep mode so I'm not supposed to get notifications, and why is it doing it when I'm not even in the car? I wasn't going to leave a negative review for this reason. I actually contacted the developer 2 months ago about this and have yet to receive any feedback or follow up. |

When traveling, I've used the app to check on nearby hotels and gas stations. I like being able to monitor my credit card through the app as well. (The extra security features can be cumbersome, but I can appreciate the extra level of steps to help keep my information safe. ) |

The estimated time counts down to zero without providing any real updates. The app claims it will notify you when your request is assigned to a service provider, but that has never happened in my experience. On one occasion, my request was canceled by the driver, and I was never informed. I am extremely disappointed with the app's performance. |

There is a short period of time where even if you ended your call or turned tracking back on, it will flag you as distracted driving. Do all of that well before you leave and put your phone in airplane mode. If someone texts or calls you even if you don't answer, it will flag you. I just hope the discount is substantial. I don't mind the extra effort to demonstrate being a safe driver if it pays off. |
| 2024-12-29 |  | | Update 12/2024 : Over a year later and this app still sucks. It's even worse than before. Now I can't even log in. Cannot get it to configure. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. It just runs through the "configuing you experience" bar and then flasshes to another screen but then starts over. I have been trying for days with no luck. |

Should at least make it easier to turn off the app with 1 or 2 clicks, instead of all the menus I have to traverse to do this. State Farm had a small gadget that stays in my car and via Bluetooth connects to my phone. That way it tracks the car's trips without any user intervention, and doesn't drain my phone battery as the AAA app does. |

However, three months later, AAA sent me a bill for $151.82. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that I had not signed the (EFT) agreement on time. I received no prior communication via email or through the app about this requirement, and now I am being charged an additional amount on top of the original agreed-upon price. |
