Also provides free mental health screening tests for anxiety, depression, stress, anger, couples, OCD, etc. Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for online self-help for mental health issues.

Amazing app! Had a great time chatting with the ai virtual assistant. I could easily take a test to find out whether I had anxiety or not, and find help. Looking forward to more updates!
