| 2025-01-05 |  | | I use this app all the time with our church organization to keep communication and documents organized. Good app overall, but I give it 2 starts because of a bug that needs fixed! Not sure if anyone else has this problem, but if I type a message, then leave the app and go into another one , or even pull the top of my screen down to look at the calendar or notifications without sending the txt then go back into Slack, the messages gone!! It is SO FRUSTRATING! I Have an older Samsung Galaxy S10+. |

I keep having to go through the two step verification over and over again. I did it three times so it's six step verification now. Instead of adding emojis, maybe fix your app first. And don't come to me with the whole "please email us for feedback" thing. I don't want words, I want action. |

| 2024-11-09 |  | | Ever since the latest update as of November 8, 2024, Slack has not been working. All I see when opening the app on my phone is a splash screen. Uninstalling hasn't helped. I literally can't do work. Awful! Update: Now I keep getting an error message that says app had to be closed because it has a bug. Try updating the app once developer provides a fix. Then the screen freezes until I manually close the window. Still awful! |

It loads the initial app just fine but click/tap on anything and you're not getting anything to populate. This is very unstable and unusable for my job. A galaxy S22 (not rooted) shouldn't have any problems using this application, this is after restarts, clearing the cache, reinstalls. This happens to others devices as well. |

My phone is still very nice. I'm not going to update it for one app. It's inexcusable for an app as integral to business workflows as Slack to kill support for past Android versions so quickly. |

Search has gotten pretty good and notifications have been mostly reliable in recent years, though there are still occasional hiccups when you are both in the app and have a browser tab open, even if one is backgrounded. Best of all, the app is pretty low impact on battery life and system performance. |

Works fine from desktop, but phone app will not show online status, notifications, etc without constantly reinstalling. After reinstall, works for a little while and then stops connecting again. |
