Seeing that probably more people than myself feel that we've been duped out of our levels, which we have spent billions of credits to get to those levels, we should be able to receive a couple billion credits in compensation for losing our hard earned levels, to make it easier for new players!
2023-10-11	Dan R	Can somebody please explain what is fun about consistently losing 90 out of 100 spins? Or random? This is horrible. Been playing for maybe 2 weeks. Have lost 30+ spins in a row at least 10X. Highest is 49 consecutive losing spins. I actually quit playing (often) because I can't watch it anymore. How is that "random"? This game is PROGRAMMED to lose, it is not "random" at all, so save the BS. Unbelieveable!! Time to delete this turkey. Really poor experience. One star is way too high!

Worst game I have ever downloaded!! Didn't have time to figure out if I liked it or not. Immediately out of coins and trying to sell me coins! I don't think so! Terrible!!! Update!! What the hell kind of response is that? You guys are either out of your minds or I'm right when I say worst game ever!!

For me the BGM is just too annoying with the only way to stop it is by turning off sounds completely. That defeats the purpose when its the spinning & jackpot sounds that make the game fun. Who wants to play silent games? I don't! Fix this & I'll reinstall this app in a heartbeat. So for now i must bid this app farewell. 👋🏾
2023-05-04	Lori Mendenhall	Thank you for your quick response on the issues that I was having with the games. The games are awesome as always. I'm just happy to know about the upgrade. And that is why I was having issues and along with starting at Level 1 again. It sucks but I do get it. So I would definitely recommend this app to anyone just needing to take a break and play some really fun reel games. And the ads only occur if you want to get more credits for free. Otherwise they don't have ads running.

Got Hooked on buying Credits, would win a little then Lose it all. Write Customer Service and Always get the same lame response ... Better Luck keep Spinning .... Hard to do when it's always taking your credit, expecting you to purchase more credits. The graphics with this and the spin experience way above others , but your win percentage seems to decrease over years.

It's hard for me to get a jackpot , needs to be easier. There is not really any side games or extra ways to make coins, kinda boring comparing to other games. The use of ko ads is excellent
2022-07-13	Tiffany D.	Lately, I've noticed here in the past few weeks none of the bonus reel games are hitting much, 2020. Update I reinstalled to see if anything had changed. Nope! I have spent about 65.00 in four days. No thanks. Wins are not frequent enough, 2022. I am well aware the reels are supposed to be random, but they seem very calculated. I will uninstall for good once the last of my coins have run out.
