2025-01-06 | The worst banking app I've ever used. When it loads at all, it's unbearably slow. Zelle frequently either won't load, or fails at the last screen. Mission Fed is also really frustrating, they block so many transactions as fraud, and make it really tedious to unblock the card again. Can't recommend either. | ||
2024-08-13 | This app is absolutely terrible and has never worked right. just now I tried to open it once again and it told me I have no internet connection even though I am hooked up to Wi-Fi and mobile data. So I uninstall it and reinstall it hoping to fix it, but then it won't let me change the password. I go through all the steps, but then the app won't let me submit the information. Useless. | ||
2024-03-02 | The app has been working fine since last update, but now in the past week or so when I try opening the app in my phone it says; device does not meet minimum requirements, when I went to check for the requirements, my phone does meet them. I also tried uninstalling app and installing it again, but same message pops up. Can someone from Mission Fed help me with this issue, I need to print taxes documents that did not received on regular mail. 😒 Very annoy and stress about the whole situation. | ||
2023-01-17 | The app used to work with no issues. Now, I am unavailable to make a deposit using the app. When I try, the app either crashes all together, or it will not capture the photos of the check (and yes, I checked the app permissions and it has the camera access it needs). So now, while I can look at my accounts, I cannot make any deposits. Which is very frustrating. I am using a Pixel 7 Pro running on Android 13. | ||
2022-03-14 | Won't install the update unless I remove other apps from my phone! Now I can't access my accounts to pay bills or money transfers for credit card payments. This is B$! BTW - What makes you think I want to see more ads?! It just slows down my ability to do what I need. One month later, it's Pi Day (3.14). I called MFCU and they suggested uninstalling the old app then download / install the new one. I did that however, the new app won't complete the installation process. I'm dead in the water! | ||
2022-03-01 | For years it has worked very well for me. All of a sudden, Saturday I go to try to use the app, and it tells me to try again I'm not connected to wifi. However, I am. Finally had to go through the web to log in. I uninstalled the app thinking that might fix my issue, now I can't reinstall because I don't have enough space on my phone. smh | ||
2022-01-13 | There are 3 problems with the design of this app: 1. The app loads quickly, but then you are locked out for several minutes while waiting for the ads. The adserver is overwhelmed and the ads should load from the same server that the app loads from. 2. The personal information is hidden under "settings" where no one would look. It should be in accounts. 3. There is no way to print or download your account statements. What I do most on this app is check my balance and it works great for that. 😎👍 | ||
2021-05-05 | ETA: It's now been a year, and tge upgrade is no better, if anything it's even worse, because now it asks me multiple times to turn on my location settings every time I open it. A serious downgrade from the previous mobile app. Slow, less intuitive, and the mobile deposit function only works 1 time in 5. I am still able to check my account balance and transfer funds between my accounts, so it is at least marginally functional, but I wish I had been able to keep the old app. | ||
2021-03-23 | Update: App has had several updates and seems much improved. The app actually does all the functions in app instead of opening up a web style interface. Runs much more smoothly. Overall very good change from the initial app. Cons: Ads are larger Still says total deposit which makes me wonder when I deposited. Can't change the order in which accounts are displayed | ||
2020-12-11 | Brand new account, just refinanced 2 vehicles with them, was thrilled with the whole experience. However, this app is junk. It worked the first 3 times I logged in, but for the entire last week it just hangs at the login screen, so no more mobile access to my accounts even after deleting and reinstalling the app. Super annoying, transferring back to Wells Fargo so I can access my accounts via a mobile app again. |
