Update The app seems to be working better. Sometimes, it freezes but is definitely better. I am in communication with Leslie. She has been great to work with,and if I have any issues, I know I can count on he The app seems to be very good for kids. My oldest liked it, but we were having a lot of technical issues. It would freeze, and the screen would turn dark. I unsubscribed because it was very annoying. I even uninstall and install the app many times to see if that would work, but it didn't.

My kids (9&12) love this app. We originally had problems with the app going to a black screen when trying to open it, even after following instructions on the website. However, their customer service is fantastic. Leslie and the team worked tirelessly until it was fixed. They went above and beyond to help, and were kind and courteous, which is so hard to find these days and means a lot to me. The app is engaging, fun, allows 6 profiles for large families, all while teaching a second language!
