This app is absolutely horrible I have family members in the hospital with covid and they sent me a link through a text message it does not give me an option to sign up just to log in. How am I supposed to communicate when it's not working very frustrating

I got an text with password and it said to use my phone number but it's not working and it's asking for email to reset which I haven't signed in yet...ugh!
