2025-01-29	Nancy Dvoracek	Had a lot of difficulty with this app especially when trying to transfer funds. I had 3 separate chat experiences and kept saying they would help, but a new person would respond several days later. The setup said I had to provide ID verification which I had done. Finally an individually helped successfully. Funds have been transferred, but I keep getting messages that I have to set up to withdraw funds. I have done that and there are no funds to transfer. Hope the messages will stop.
2025-01-29	Caleb Robertson	Went to sign in. Email and password, no problems. Then they want to "confirm" by texting a code to a number I don't have access to. The process to change it is ABSURD. Playing email tag all day trying not to miss it after the last one was "expired" as soon as I opened it, after waiting hours to even receive it.
2025-01-26	Esoteric Quality	As a blind user of this app, making a GoFundMe was extremely difficult to say the least. Not only was I kicked out repeatedly, but when I attempted to add additional photos and videos, it required that I use tools that someone who can see would use to edit and crop the photos and/ or videos before allowing me to post them and I couldn't even post them because of the accessibility issues with GoFundMe compatibility with TalkBack
2024-12-09	Vinny Johnson	I like the interface. I like the suggestions when writing up the info. I would like to share a larger photo than what is currently permitted. I would like to know the adjusted amount after the fees. Either that isn't in the program or I haven't found it yet. I just first started using this app a few hours ago.
2024-09-05	Ray Townsend	This app can be a great tool for helping people but makes it quite difficult to do so. When I'm browsing, I often push the back button thinking that I'm going to go to the page I was just at, but instead it takes me all the way back to the beginning, so I have to start over to find where I was. Maneuvering through this app is a nightmare. When I get on, I look for 3 or 4 causes to donate to, but by the time I find the 2nd one, I want to quit because the app makes me want to pull my hair out!
2024-07-29	Douglas Akira	the app looks fantastic, interfacing is straightforward, stability is holding it back so much I'd rather just use the website as the app doesn't seem to want to stay connected for more than a minute, two tops. It's a shame because other than that quite frustrating flaw it's otherwise a great app that is straightforward and very easy to use.
2024-07-24	Magnus Stone	This app is horrible! Gofundme released it before it was even basically functional. When I try to sign up I have to tap each character multiple times because the app refuses to record the keyboard tap and when I finally am able to input my information the final sign up button won't advance the process at all. I repeatedly tap sign up and nothing happens! I can't sign up!!!
2024-07-04	Gwynne Cain	I got on the app I think, but it has been at least 30 minutes trying to get on. I thought if I could start over I would connect with original sign in. Something that would lead me not to have to repeat everything. I did , it recognize me as a previous member. I then went to the sign up regular person then it would not take the password. The problem is for me is that at the beginning it didn't have where you can sign in where you where you have signed in previously.
2024-06-15	Big Gay Inc.	Makes you change your password constantly. It crosses the line from being a good cybersecurity practice to a bad one, users will likely have a hard time remembering/coming up with new passwords so often. The service itself is okay enough, although they took down one of my fundraisers even though it had been active. Won't use this app or service again, but I know others find success with it. Try at your own risk I suppose.
2024-06-04	Tristan Gentile	Two crucial dead ends in the app. When I go to upload ID documents for verification, it does nothing once I click on "Upload Front...". Once I go to add bank info by clicking Add Bank Using Provider Login, it sends me to a blank page that never loads. Basically, if I wanted our funds now, there would be no way of withdrawing without going through customer service.
