| 2024-06-12 |  | | The current build broke the biometric authentication! Sent three emails and left two messages with Fay Servicing as they are livid with the app developer. Not one response from the developer. Total incompetence to say the least. I have never come across an app developer and or company that doesn't give a damn about their customer base. |

Get your techs on this or find hire some new ones. I get tired of EVERY TIME I try and get on this app I have to reset my password. I can log in after resetting, save it, close out and go right back. When going right back after resetting still says doesn't recognize log in. What bs. |
