Im a natural at this. Super game. But slow to progress

I love the game. But, I am having a problem trying to send gifts. I accepted friends but I am unable to access the page that lets me see them to send gifts. Just a circle turning constantly. Please fix. I've turn in the same issue several times now and have received zero help. What is going on. This is getting quite irritating.
