The following review is my personal opinion. While I realize that the intention behind this game's design is noble in the way it tries to look at depression and self-care, I also found the app instructions to be confusing, the game design to be poor (some elements, like food names weren't even localized to English) and the gameplay depressing and also a little boring. I don't think this is a good game for someone struggling with depression; it doesn't feel cheerful or uplifting.
