| 2020-08-06 |  | | This app failed to deposit 2 checks and it was a random audit by ICA AZ that informed me not alerus bank 2024 in declined deposits and it said deposited on my Samsung. I had no idea as this app sucks. It is a looser all the way. This and then no letter call nothing from alerus but they didn't miss the 1000 in overdrafts. You are also charging overdrafts during covid and 3 dollars per day on top of that I guess you know people hate the app and it is getting only no better. Thank Goodness ICA AZ is honest or I never would have gotten my 2024 in deposits. Shame on you alerus. Dont try and keep up with wells Fargo bank. No One should follow there lead. |

Called for help and they said it was the lighting, to try putting the check on a white piece of paper or try reinstalling the app. Tried the paper, no luck. Uninstalled and reinstalled, no luck. I work in an office with windows and high light, 14 mp camera! New app SUCKS!!! Customer service was short tempered and blamed ME! This is an update to the review I gave a year ago above. They still have not fixed the issues. I have been able to make mobile deposits from my son's phone, but mine still won't allow it. The "tech help" they said were going to contact me did, but they never fixed the issue! There are other reviews about the app not allowing logins, my answer is to check which version you are running (I have run into this on my phone, I can check balances and make transfers, just not deposits). This app DOES NOT tell you updates are available!!!!! Would be awful nice if they would just fix the thing. |

Deposits take forever to clear. |

Every time I try to take a picture of my check the app closes and I have to sign in again, as it doesn't save my login info like it should so I can just use my fingerprint. I don't live in the same town as the bank so this is a hassle. |
